Absolutely perfect in every way.
I did not have breakfast
Absolutely nothing. Everything was just perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as could be. One staff member, Oscar, was particularly helpful when I was feeling unwell as I checked out. I gave me a bottle of water and then some tea. He walked me out to my taxi and made sure I was feeling better.

Very comfortable stay
Very nice and comfortable hotel! The staff very kindly upgraded our room as we were on our honeymoon and even gave us a delicious cake in our room on arrival :) The selection of restaurants in the hotel was great.

Superb accommodation with outstanding food service
Everything first class. Definitely one of the best hotels in Quito. The detailed management, the quality of the food and bar service, including a wonderful breakfast buffet which left nothing out, the quality of the room including a very comfortable bed, thermostatically controlled room, with proper thermostat, powerful shower, etc., made for a pleasant and memorable stay
There was nothing to complain about. This is an outstanding hotel, well run, and ideally located in the nation’s capital.
